Giosuè Lo Bosco is full professor of Computer Science (SSD INFO-01/A) at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Palermo, Italy. He is associate editor of the Information Sciences (Elsevier) and BMC Bioinformatics (Springer Nature) journals..

His research interests are in artificial intelligence, machine learning, pattern recognition, bioinformatics, natural language processing, and soft computing.
