Giorgio Jerzy Rayzacher is a Polish-Italian-French film director, actor and writer.

He was born in Warsaw on sptember 26, 1947 and studied film directing at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome.

He began his career with the experimental documentary Metilicon (1969) and later directed the RAI film La Vendetta (1972) and the French-Italian thriller Raptus (1998).

As an actor, he has appeared in Polish and international productions, including Cold War (2018) by Paweł Pawlikowski and Vaterland / 1949 (2026).

He is also the author of several novels, including Dreszcze (Frissons), La Princesse de Lyon, The long way to Eden (Piekni,Bogaci,Perfidni), The legend of a nervous man.
