Zebras: On safari, we learned some facts about zebras. Firstly, in the afternoon, zebras are constantly nodding their heads because there is bacteria in their noses that heats up. They nod their heads to get it out of their noses. Secondly, zebras, wildebeest, and gazelles work together to keep an eye out for lions or else they might get eaten. Also, zebras work well with wildebeest and gazelles because they eat different types of grass so they can graze in the same area. Learning about zebras was fun.
Ngorongoro crater: We stopped by the Ngorongoro crater on our way home. We learned a lot about it. Firstly, the crater is 21 km across and 18 km across the other way. Secondly, there are millions of animals living in the crater. For example we saw zebra, wildebeest, warthogs, and rhinoceros. Lastly, the crater was formed by a volcano that exploded and collapsed around two million years ago. Exploring the Ngorongoro Crater and going on safari was really fun.
