1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this server and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the server.

2. Server Rules and Staff Conduct

All users, including staff members, are required to follow the server rules at all times. Staff positions are granted at the sole discretion of the server owner. Any staff member who violates server rules, abuses their privileges, or engages in misconduct may have their position revoked without prior notice. Loss of staff position does not entitle the individual to compensation or continued access to staff privileges.

3. Bans and Refund Policy

If a user is permanently banned from the server, they are eligible for a full refund of any transactions made with real-world currency related to this server, provided the transactions were completed prior to the ban. Refunds will not be issued for voluntary departures, temporary bans, or violations that do not result in a permanent ban, unless otherwise determined by server owner.

4. Hardware Performance and User Responsibility

The server owner is not liable for any damage, instability, data loss, or other issues that may occur to a user’s computer or hardware as a result of overclocking, insufficient system resources (including but not limited to RAM), improper configuration, or failure to meet recommended system requirements. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring their systems are safely and appropriately configured.

5. Plugins, Software, and Malware Disclaimer

The server may utilize third-party plugins, mods, or software. While reasonable efforts will be made to obtain software from reputable sources, including CurseForge, Bukkit, Spigot, and the server owner is not liable for any malware, vulnerabilities, or unintended effects that may be present in third-party software. Use of the server and its associated software is at the user’s own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the server owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the server, including but not limited to hardware damage, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the server after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
