Server Abandoners

All criteria must be met for a player to be considered to have abandoned the server.

-Has not given a major life event reason for why they are going to be inactive.

-If a player for one month has not been online with at least 5 minute play session ingame.

Alternatively banned members are considered to have abandoned the server if Admin do not create an appeals process or banned members have exhausted their appeals opportunities. 

Finally people who declare they’ve quit are considered to have abandoned the server. If they don't go back on their declaration within a week.

Prosecuting Abandoners 

Once a abandoner is reported they are considered no longer a player until they unabandon the server.

-This means they can't vote until they return

-This also means contracts they bind people to are voided until they return

-They can be removed from the ballot

Nation/Town Abandoners 

If nation or town's leadership abandons the server the following happens…

-The rules of succession set out by leadership shall be used unless they don’t exist.

-If the rules of succession don't exist then members of a town/nation will have to fight a civilwar or a foreign power will have to invade to force a gov change
