Giiirl AI Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 23, 2026

By using the Giiirl AI application (the “Application”), you accept this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Along AI LLC-FZ (“We”, the “Company”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

Giiirl AI is an application for personal journaling and reflection that uses artificial intelligence technologies to help you become aware of emotional patterns in relationships. The Application is available on iOS 17.0 and above.

Giiirl AI is not a medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic application. The AI-powered insights provided are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute a diagnosis, psychological counseling, or medical advice.

If you are experiencing serious psychological difficulties, please contact a qualified professional — a psychologist or psychotherapist. Giiirl AI is not a substitute for professional help.

You agree not to use the Application to violate applicable law; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application’s services or systems; to reproduce, decompile, or reverse engineer the Application; or for any commercial purposes without our written consent.

Access to the full functionality of the Application is provided via a paid subscription. After the free trial (3 entries and 1 insight) is exhausted, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the Application.

Payment is processed via the App Store. The subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store settings on your device.

All refund matters are governed by Apple’s policies. We do not process refunds directly. For questions, please contact Apple Support or us at: services@along.pw

You retain all rights to the content of your journal entries. Since all data is stored locally on your device, the Company does not have access to your content and does not claim any rights to it.

By entering content into the Application, you acknowledge that the content of your entries may be transmitted to OpenAI for AI processing — see the Privacy Policy for more details.

All elements of the Application — design, code, texts, logos, algorithms — are the property of Along AI LLC-FZ and are protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Application is provided “as is” without any warranties. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Application, nor for the actions of third parties (OpenAI, Apple, Adapty). The Company’s aggregate liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Application; however, we do not guarantee 100% availability. AI features depend on the availability of OpenAI services and require an internet connection. Core functions (creating entries) are available offline.

We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated to you via an Application update or notification. Your continued use of the Application after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it from your device. The Company has the right to restrict or terminate access to the Application in case of a violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes not resolved in a pre-trial procedure (by contacting services@along.pw) shall be submitted to the competent courts of the UAE.
