These Rice Heat Packs come in two sizes, Small ($6) and Large ($14). In addition, bags come in 3 essential oil scents: Lavender, Peppermint, Relax Ease. Don't like any of these? You can get your bag without essential oil scents, too! Each pack comes with its own zip bag to keep the scent lasting longer.

Packs are made of 100% cotton fabric and thread, and filled with rice.

Heat the pack starting at 30 seconds in the microwave. Increase time slowly until desired temperature.

CAUTION: Pack can cause burns. Handle with care. Monitor children.
