GIF Maker allows users to:
Select photos or videos from their device’s photo library
Convert selected media into animated GIFs
Save or share the generated GIFs
We do not upload or store your photos or GIFs on our servers. All processing happens locally on your device.
To function properly, the app requires access to your Photos Library.
We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal content or media files.
We may use third-party services (like analytics and ad networks) that collect limited, anonymized data for usage tracking or personalized advertising. These third parties handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
GIF Maker may display personalized ads using third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. These networks may collect identifiers such as device ID, IP address, or approximate location to tailor ad experiences.
By using this app, you consent to such processing. You may adjust your personalized ad settings via your device or Apple settings.
GIF Maker offers premium features via Apple's in-app purchase and subscription system.
Payments are handled by Apple, not the developer.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are issued solely by Apple, in accordance with their App Store policies.
You agree not to:

Upload or generate harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
Interfere with the normal operation of the app or its networks
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the app.
All trademarks, logos, app interface elements, and branding used in GIF Maker are owned by the developer.
You retain ownership of the media and GIFs you create using the app.
You may not use the app’s name, logo, or design elements for any commercial purpose without permission.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or always available.
We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of media, or damage resulting from the use of this app.
