2. By-Laws of the Gibson County Master Gardeners, Inc. from October 16, 2001

3. Wheeling Bridge 2000 Dedication  Materials including  typed news Items from late 1800s and early 1900s 

4. A collection of news items (1998 to 1999)  regarding the formation of the Gibson County Master Gardeners and stories about their involvement that first year with the Erie Canal and the Wheeling Covered Bridge.
