While kids roam the night doing whatever they do, unsupervised, two of them set their sights on specific person, someone with really pale skin, while pale-ness was a beauty standard of Japan, apparently being too pale can cause harrassment, and as to troublesome duo bothered the girl until she yelled out for them to stop and ran away, being who they are, they ran after the girl, presumably to harass her more, is this what the Karakura youth come to?
