At the Giannouli Bio Lab, we explore the molecular properties of proteins and biomaterials through a multidisciplinary approach. By integrating biochemistry, spectroscopy and chemical formulations, our research focuses on understanding protein structure, dynamics, function and biotechnological potential. We are particularly interested in delineating protein properties and structures within living cells.
