I am an assistant (Akademischer Rat auf Zeit) of Daniel Huybrechts in Bonn.
Previously I was a Hausdorff Postdoc at the Hausdorff Center for Mathematics in Bonn, and a PhD student at Leibniz Universität Hannover, under the supervision of Matthias Schütt. Here you can find the final version of my PhD thesis.

Research interests
My research focuses on Algebraic and Arithmetic Geometry. In particular I am fascinated by the interactions between the geometry and the arithmetic on algebraic surfaces, and more generally on algebraic varieties. Topics that I am currently thinking about include:
The structure of the automorphism group of K3 surfaces and their associated dynamics;
The geometry of projective models of Enriques surfaces and K3 surfaces of low degree;
Zariski-density of rational points on varieties over number fields;
Properties of rational curves on K3 surfaces;
The geometry and arithmetic of moduli spaces of K3 surfaces.
