This Privacy Policy explains how GH Innovation, the name used by an independent individual developer based in Vietnam (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with the Docunelo: PDF Reader - Document Viewer Android application (“App”), package com.gh.pdfreader.docreader.documentviewer.
The App helps you find, organize, search, mark as favorites, rename, share and delete supported documents on your device. It reads supported PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HWP/HWPX documents and provides tools to merge and split PDFs, create PDFs from images or text, export PDF pages as images and convert supported HWP/HWPX files to PDF. Document reading and document-tool processing operate locally. Online services support advertising, app analytics, crash reporting and app configuration.
You do not need to create an account. The App is free and does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. GH Innovation does not sell your personal data. Advertising and analytics providers may nevertheless receive information as described below.
With your permission, the App scans accessible shared storage for supported document files. It processes file information such as names, paths, formats, sizes and modification dates to build and display your document list. Document metadata, favorites, recent search terms, reading positions, language preferences and first-use settings are stored locally. Readers process document contents on your device to display them; conversion tools process the documents, images or text you select and save resulting files on your device. Documents opened from another app may be copied temporarily into private app cache so they can be read.
Document-management, reading and conversion functions do not upload your document contents to GH Innovation. When you choose to share a document, Android grants the receiving app access to that file; the recipient’s handling is governed by its own practices and your choices.
Integrated online services may collect app and device identifiers, including an app-instance or installation identifier and Android advertising ID where available; device model, operating system and app version; language; IP address and approximate location inferred from it; app launches, screen views and interactions; advertising interactions and install-referral information; and crash or performance diagnostics. Collection depends on the service, its configuration, device settings and applicable consent choices.
Approximate location inferred from an IP address differs from precise GPS location. The App’s document-management features do not require precise location access.
If you contact us, we receive your email address and information included in your message. Avoid sending confidential documents or sensitive information unnecessary for your inquiry.
Provide document discovery, reading, search, sorting, favorites, file-management actions and conversion tools.
Remember language and app preferences.
Understand usage, diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
Deliver app configuration and manage the introductory experience.
Display and measure advertising, measure installation campaigns and help prevent advertising fraud when enabled.
Respond to support inquiries and meet applicable legal obligations.
The App requests file access to find and manage supported documents. On Android 11 and later, this uses “All files access.” Older supported versions use storage permissions. Access allows listing files and performing rename, share and delete actions you initiate; it does not grant access to other apps’ private storage.
Internet and network access support online services described here. Advertising permissions enable supported identifiers and measurement where available. You can revoke file access in Android settings, although document discovery and management will be limited. If an enabled notification feature requests permission, you may accept or decline and change your choice in Android notification settings.
The App integrates Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads for advertising, Google’s User Messaging Platform for advertising consent, and Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config for usage measurement, diagnostics and configuration. Panda FirstOpen and Panda monetization coordinate introductory experiences and advertising integrations.
The App also includes Adjust, AppsFlyer, Meta/Facebook and AppMetrica integrations. Processing depends on whether and how each is configured and activated. Inclusion does not mean every service operates in every session.

These external notices supplement this policy. Advertising may involve identifiers and similar tracking technologies even though the App is a native Android application. Published legal pages are hosted on Google Sites; Google may process browser information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy notices. An offline copy may also be bundled with the App. Following an external provider or email link is subject to that service’s practices.
Technical, usage and advertising information may be transmitted directly to enabled providers to deliver their services. A document is shared with another app when you choose the sharing action.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or protect legal rights. We do not sell personal data; this does not mean no data is transmitted to advertising or analytics providers.
Your documents remain in their existing device storage unless you rename, share or delete them. The App stores its document index, favorites, searches, reading positions and preferences locally. Temporary imported documents and conversion working files may be held in private app cache and cleaned when no longer needed. Exported files remain in shared storage until you delete them. Clearing App storage or uninstalling removes local app data; it does not normally remove original documents from shared storage. The App’s document deletion action deletes the selected file itself.
Uninstalling does not erase data already transmitted to online providers. Provider retention depends on service settings and applicable obligations; see their notices. Support correspondence is retained as needed for the inquiry and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Local data is protected by Android’s storage controls. Online providers apply their own security measures. No device, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Control file access through Android permissions and special-access settings.

Choose whether and with whom to share documents.
To request access, correction or deletion of personal information GH Innovation can identify and control, email gh.qc.innovation@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify your request without sending confidential documents. We may request proportionate verification and respond subject to applicable law. We cannot remotely delete documents stored only on your device. Provider-held data may require the provider’s deletion process; uninstalling alone does not erase it.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, or complaint to a competent authority. This policy does not limit rights provided by law.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the App so we can assess and address the situation.
GH Innovation is based in Vietnam. Online providers may process technical, analytics, advertising or support information outside Vietnam or your country of residence. Privacy laws may differ. Their notices describe processing locations and safeguards. Local document management does not itself transfer document contents abroad.
We may update this policy as the App or data practices change. Revisions display updated dates. We will provide notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
