GG.Lab(이하 "회사")은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 게임 "구구단 히어로"(이하 "서비스")에 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 항목을 수집합니다.

• 회원 인증 및 계정 관리

• 게임 진행 데이터 저장 및 기기 간 동기화

• 전체·주간 랭킹 서비스 제공

• 서비스 통계 분석 및 품질 개선

• 맞춤형 광고 및 보상형 광고 제공

• 고객 문의 응대

3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

수집된 개인정보는 이용자가 서비스를 탈퇴하거나 동의를 철회할 때까지 보유합니다.
단, 관련 법령에 의해 일정 기간 보존이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보유합니다.

• 전자상거래 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)

• 소비자 불만·분쟁 처리 기록: 3년

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다.
단, 아래의 경우 예외적으로 제공될 수 있습니다.

위탁 업무: Apple Sign-In 인증
보유 기간: Apple 정책에 따름

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 아래 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

• 개인정보 열람 요청

• 오류 정정 및 삭제 요청

• 처리 정지 요청

권리 행사는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
계정 삭제는 앱 내 [내 정보 > 로그아웃] 후 탈퇴 요청 이메일을 통해 진행됩니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
만 14세 미만의 이용자는 법정대리인(부모)의 동의를 받은 후 서비스를 이용하셔야 합니다.

8. 쿠키 및 자동 수집 장치

서비스는 쿠키를 사용하지 않으며, Firebase 및 AdMob SDK를 통해 일부 자동 수집 데이터를 처리합니다.
광고 식별자(IDFA/GAID) 사용은 기기 설정에서 제한할 수 있습니다.

GG.Lab ("Company") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (Korea) and GDPR where applicable.
This policy applies to the mobile game "Gugudan Hero" ("Service") provided by the Company.

1. Information We Collect

The Company collects the following information to provide the Service.

• Guest login: anonymous unique identifier

• Nickname (entered by user)

• Game scores, accuracy rate, play count, badges earned, coins held

• Device information (OS version, app version, device language)

• Advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID) — for ad services only

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account authentication and management

• Saving and syncing game progress across devices

• Providing global and weekly ranking services

• Service analytics and quality improvement

• Displaying personalized and rewarded ads

• Responding to customer inquiries

3. Retention Period

We retain your information for as long as you use the Service or until you request deletion.
Certain data may be retained longer if required by applicable law.

• E-commerce transaction records: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)

• Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years

4. Sharing with Third Parties

To delete your account, log out via [Profile > Logout] in the app and send a deletion request by email.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
Users under 14 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

8. Cookies and Automatic Data Collection

The Service does not use cookies. Some data is automatically collected through the Firebase and AdMob SDKs.
You can limit the use of advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) in your device settings.
