3.0 updates;

banner change, logo change, added deltarune vid page, added new suggestions button page's, added dfc vid page, made the layout of the menu buttons above smaller and sorted it better.

changed the site name

new menu; games is now under home, vids, chat & help are under  more.

3.1 made the hidden pages more complex sorted, and added a banner leading here, added this page.
