A1. Commission/ Rebate/ Bonus Calculation

Each product has 3 values.

1. MRP - Maximum Retail Price,

2. DP - Distributor Price,

3. PV - Point Value in Units.

Rebates, Commissions and Bonuses (RCB)

These are calculated as percentage of PV and are termed as CV (Commission Value).

1 CV = Rs 50 for India (CV Rate)

Formula To Find RCB in local currency of a country

RCB = PV x (%) x CV Rate /100

Eg: 5% of 120 PV in Indian Rs is...

120 x 5 x 50/100 = Rs 300/-

B) ACTIVE BENEFITS

B1. THE RETAIL PROFIT

Buy At DP And Sell At MRP.

The Difference Is The Retail Profit

And It Is Up To 30% On DP.

B2. PERSONAL REBATE

Examples:

Rebate for 100 PV in a month is 100 x 5 x 50/100 = Rs 250/-

Rebate for 600 PV in a month is 600 x 25 x 50 /100 = Rs 7,500/-

Example: Super Chlorophyll pack can be bought either single or in multiples within the calendar month, that is from 1st to the month end.

C) LEVERAGE BENEFITS

Build an Organisation of Distributors and get benefited on the total PV generated by them.

  • 3 Legs, Controlled Matrix is the adopted Organisation Structure.
  • Distributor Placement - Enroller ID & Sponsor ID.
  • The enroller is the one who introduces ; sponsor is the one under whom the new distributor is placed.

The 5 Basic Parameters Of Determining Ranks To Qualify For Different Types Leveraged Income From Unicity.

  1. PV - Personal Volume: It is the self purchase in a month.
  2. TV - Team Volume: It is the sum of purchase volume in a month from the personal team members who are not managers or managers in the qualifying month and 125 PV considered from each front line Managers’ PV.
  3. Leg OV - Leg Volume: It is business volume in each leg. Recall, it is a 3 legs matrix.
  4. OV - Organisation Volume: It is the sum of PV and OVs in all the legs.
  5. Leg Bal OV: Your Organizational Volume minus the volume of your largest leg (leg that has highest OV) is The Leg Balance.

The Rank Qualification Criteria

DISTRIBUTOR : PV = 50 PV; TV = Up to 249 PV

JUNIOR MANAGER: PV = 50 PV; TV = 250 PV to 499 PV.

MANAGER: PV = 50 PV; TV = 500+ PV - ONLY ONCE.

SENIOR MANAGER: PV = 50 PV; TV = 200 PV; OV = 2000+ PV; Leg OV = 3@500PV; Leg Bal OV = 1,000 PV Min.

DIRECTOR: PV = 50 PV; TV = 200 PV; OV = 5,000+ PV; Leg OV = 2@1,000PV and 1@500 PV; Leg Bal OV = 2,000 PV min.

SENIOR DIRECTOR: PV = 50 PV; TV = 200 PV; OV = 10,000+ PV; Leg OV = 3@1,000PV; Leg Bal OV = 4,000 PV min.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: PV = 50 PV; TV = 200 PV; OV = 25,000+ PV; Leg OV = 3@1,000PV; Leg Bal OV = 10,000 PV min.

PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR: PV = 50 PV; TV = 200 PV; OV = 50,000+ PV; Leg OV = 3@3,000PV; Leg Bal OV = 20,000 PV min.

Three Types Of Ranks

Qualified Rank (QR): This is the highest rank achieved as per the above cited criteria.

Paid Rank (PR): This is determined based on the volume done in the commission month, Your commission calculation will be based on paid rank of every month. Paid Rank can be same as Qualified Rank or Lower because the distributor may not maintain the requirements in the months subsequent to qualifying month.

Sequential Rank (SR): This terminology is not there in Unicity company plan. It is our way to represent one of the procedures of Unicity without deviating from the legality.

  • Fast Start Bonus or Infinity Bonus, to be explained below later, are the shares of distributor PV which are paid to up lines as shown in the figure above.
  • Please note that the the position of up lines in the genealogy determine the rank with respect to the distributor on whose PV shares are being paid.
  • The actual paid ranks can be higher but not lower than the ranks shown in the figure.
  • We (not Unicity) call this flexible rank as Sequential Rank, SR.

Example: A paid diamond rank will always be a manager (SR) for his/ her immediate down line.

  • This dynamic feature minimizes ‘break away distributors’ from the organisation and maximizes the payout from the organisation.
  • Higher the rank, deeper will be the organisation from where bonuses can be earned.
  • IT IS A UNIQUE FEATURE OF UNICITY COMPENSATION PLAN.

C1. FAST START BONUS

It is paid on the PVs made by a new distributor in his first ordering month only. FSB is paid to 2 Levels and 8 shares to 8 SRs starting from Senior Manager as described below.

First month business of new distributor: 1 to 500 PV

(A new distributor rarely makes 500+ PV in the first ordering month. Therefore bonus sharing module for the same is not described here.)

Level 1: 5% or 10% or 25% is paid to the Enrolling Distributor with 50 PV (Level 1) depending on his status as Distributor or Junior Manager or Manager respectively.

Level 2: 3% is paid to En-roller's Sponsor with 50 PV

8 shares of 3% each of FSB are paid as following.

Share 1 - Senior Manager (SR)

Share 2 - Director (SR).

Share 3 - Senior Director (SR).

Share 4 - Executive Director (SR).

Share 5 - Presidential Director (SR).

Share 6 - Presidential Sapphire (SR).

Share 7 - Presidential Ruby (SR).

Share 8 - Presidential Diamond (SR).

C2. TEAM BUILDER BONUS

You will be eligible to receive Team Builder Bonus (TBB) as you expand your business.

Senior Manager Bonus:

  • Monthly Rs 6000/- for 6 consecutive months with a time cap of 6 months from the first month of qualification.
  • It means every non-qualified month will result in bonus missed (for that month).
  • Maximum Total SM Bonus: Rs 36,000/-; Minimum: Rs 6,000/- .

Director's Lifestyle Bonus (DLB):

Director DLB:

  • Monthly Rs 20,000/- for 12 times on qualification with no time cap.
  • An additional consistency bonus of Rs 50,000/- is paid with the 6th Director DLB.
  • Total Director DLB is Rs 2,90,000/-

Senior Director DLB:

  • Monthly Rs 25,000/- for 12 times on qualification with no time cap.
  • An additional consistency bonus of Rs 60,000/- is paid with the 6th Director DLB.
  • Total Senior Director DLB is Rs 3,60,000/-

Executive Director DLB:

  • Monthly Rs 30,000/- for 12 times on qualification with no time cap.
  • An additional consistency bonus of Rs 70,000/- is paid with the 6th Director DLB.
  • Total Senior Director DLB is Rs 4,30,000/-

Please Note: If a rank advancement is made before claiming all the SMB or DLB, then the one monthly due SMB or the lower rank DLB will be paid with the higher rank qualified Bonuses.

Example: If you qualify for Executive Director Bonus in the 4 th month, you will be paid 6,000 SMB + 20,000 DDLB, + 25,000 SDDLB + 30,000 EDDLB =Rs 81,000/-

Total Team Builder Bonus = Rs 11,16,000

C3. INFINITY BONUS

This is paid as following ...

  • For distributor with 1 to 499 PV: 5% each to all the 9 sequential ranks cited below.
  • For distributor with 500+PV: 1 share of 5% to Manager (SR) and 3% each to the other sequential ranks.

Share 1 - Manager (SR).

Share 2 - Senior Manager (SR).

Share 3 - Director (SR).

Share 4 - Senior Director (SR).

Share 5 - Executive Director (SR).

Share 6 - Presidential Director (SR).

Share 7 - Presidential Sapphire (SR).

Share 8 - Presidential Ruby (SR).

Share 9 - Presidential Diamond (SR).

C4. PRESIDENT'S CLUB BONUS

Presidential Director PCB:

  • Lump sum bonus of Rs 1,50,000/- is paid if you complete qualification for 3 consecutive months.
  • A fully Qualified Pres. Director will get Monthly Rs 50,000/- for 06 consecutive months provided you maintain 50 PV and 200 TV, from 4th month onwards (3 months to be fully Qualified, 4th month onwards Monthly bonus).

Total Presidential Director PCB is Rs 4,50,000/-

Presidential Sapphire PCB:

  • Lump sum bonus of Rs 3,00,000/- is paid if you complete qualification for 3 consecutive months.
  • A fully Qualified Pres. Sapphire will get Monthly Rs 1,00,000/- for 06 consecutive months provided you maintain 50 PV and 200 TV, from 4th month onwards (3 months to be fully Qualified, 4th month onwards Monthly bonus).

Total Presidential Sapphire PCB is Rs 9,00,000/-

Presidential Ruby PCB:

  • Lump sum bonus of Rs 4,50,000/- is paid if you complete qualification for 3 consecutive months.
  • A fully Qualified Pres. Ruby will get Monthly Rs 1,50,000/- for 06 consecutive months provided you maintain 50 PV and 200 TV, from 4th month onwards (3 months to be fully Qualified, 4th month onwards Monthly bonus).

Total Presidential Ruby PCB is Rs 13,50,000/-

Presidential Diamond PCB:

  • Lump sum bonus of Rs 7,50,000/- is paid if you complete qualification for 3 consecutive months.
  • A fully Qualified Pres. Diamond will get Monthly Rs 2,50,000/- for 06 consecutive months provided you maintain 50 PV and 200 TV, from 4th month onwards (3 months to be fully Qualified, 4th month onwards Monthly bonus).

Total Presidential Diamond PCB is Rs 22,50,000/-

Total President's Club Bonus = Rs 49,50,000

C6. ADDITIONAL DISTRIBUTOR POSITION

When you reach Diamond, Unicity creates an additional position for you and shifts the weakest leg under it.

For the business made below ADP1, you get ‘Paid Rank Infinity and Fast start Bonus’ at ADP1 & First Position.

When business volume under ADP1 reaches 1,00,000 PV, you become Double Diamond.

When business volume under ADP2 reaches 1,00,000 PV, you become Triple Diamond.

When business volume under ADP3 reaches 1,00,000 PV, you become Crown Diamond.

  • For the PV generated under ADP1 you earn Fast Start Bonus and Infinity Bonus at ADP 1 and First Position. Income is doubled.
  • For the PV generated under ADP2 you earn Fast Start Bonus and Infinity Bonus at ADP2, ADP 1 and First Position. Income is tripled.
  • For the PV generated under ADP3 you earn Fast Start Bonus and Infinity Bonus at ADP3, ADP2, ADP1 and First Position. Income is quadruplicated.

C7. CHAIRMAN'S CLUB BONUS

Double Diamond CCB:

  • Lump sum bonus of Rs Rs 13,50,000/- is paid if you complete qualification for 3 consecutive months.
  • Organization Volume is 5,00,000 PV or more.

A fully Qualified Double Diamond will get Monthly Rs 1,50,000/- for 36 consecutive months provided you maintain 50 PV and 200 TV, from 4th month onwards (3 months to be fully Qualified, 4th month onwards Monthly bonus).

  • Total Double Diamond CCB is Rs 67,50,000/-

Triple Diamond CCB:

  • Lump sum bonus of Rs 45,00,000/- is paid if you complete qualification for 3 consecutive months.
  • Organization Volume is 10,00,000 PV or more.
  • Monthly Rs 5,00,000/- for 36 times on qualification with no time cap.
  • Total Triple Diamond CCB is Rs 2,25,00,000/-

Crown Diamond CCB:
