Get Up Alarm ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
a) Camera & Images
The App uses your camera to capture reference photos of household objects during setup and to verify your presence at those objects when your alarm fires. These images are processed on-device, encrypted, and stored locally only. They are never uploaded to our servers.
b) Subscription Information
Subscription and billing data is handled entirely by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not store or have direct access to your payment information.
c) Voice Data
If you use the custom voice cloning feature, a voice sample you record is sent to ElevenLabs for processing. Please refer to ElevenLabs' privacy policy for how they handle voice data.
d) App Usage Data
We do not collect analytics, usage tracking, or crash reporting data.
Camera images are used solely to verify you are physically present at your registered objects when dismissing an alarm.
Voice samples are used solely to generate a personalized AI coaching voice through ElevenLabs.
Subscription status is checked through RevenueCat to determine app access.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the App:
RevenueCat — subscription verification
Google Vision API — object classification during initial setup only
ElevenLabs — voice synthesis if you use the custom voice feature
All reference photos and AI embeddings are stored locally on your device and encrypted.
We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your data
You can delete all locally stored verification data at any time from within the App under Settings > Verification & Data > Reset Object Data.

Get Up Alarm is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date above.
