GetOffNow application - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the GetOffNow application ("Application") developed by AtteeSoft ("Developer"). The purpose of the Policy is to inform you about the type of personal data collected and used by the Application, how the data is used, and about your data protection rights. 

1. Data Used

 Location Data: Our application uses device location data to provide our services. This data enables us to provide you with real-time map services. 

Usage: Your location information is used solely for the operation of the application. With the help of the data, we can provide map location. 

2. Use of data 

We only use your location data for the operation of the application. With the help of the data, we can provide map location. 

3. Data Storage

The application does not store location data. The data is only used in real time while the application is running and is deleted as soon as the application is closed. 

4. Data Sharing

The application only sends location data if you click on a map marker to query the address of that position. (Your own position or your destination.) This Geocoder service is provided by Google. The application does not send your location data to any other remote server. 

5. Your Rights 

You have the right to restrict the application from accessing your location data. For this, GPS use must be turned off in the device settings. However, this action will cause the application to become inoperable.
