These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Get Scanner ("the App"), developed and published by Technoguna Digital. The App Store publisher account may display the name Gunawan Aschari as the account owner.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Get Scanner is a mobile application that provides document scanning and productivity features, including but not limited to:
Document scanning
PDF creation
OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
QR code and barcode scanning
QR code generation
Image import and processing
The App is provided for personal and lawful use only.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Use only documents, images, and content that you have the legal right to access and process.
Not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or interfere with the App's operation.
You are solely responsible for the content you scan, import, create, store, or share using the App.
3. Ownership of User Content
All documents, images, PDFs, and other content processed through the App remain the property of their respective owners.
Technoguna Digital does not claim ownership of your content.
4. Local Processing and Storage
Get Scanner is designed to process files primarily on the user's device.
Files generated by the App are stored locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to export or share them through other services.
Technoguna Digital is not responsible for loss of files resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, operating system issues, or actions taken by the user.
5. In-App Purchases
Certain features may require a one-time purchase, subscription, or other in-app purchase.
All purchases are processed through:
Google Play Billing (Android)
Apple App Store / StoreKit (iOS)
Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the policies of Google or Apple, as applicable.
Technoguna Digital does not process payment information directly.
6. Subscriptions
If the App offers subscription-based features:
Subscription fees are charged through the user's platform account.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable store settings.
Users are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through Google Play or Apple App Store.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and content provided by Technoguna Digital, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Technoguna Digital makes no warranties regarding:
Continuous availability of the App
Error-free operation
Accuracy of OCR results
Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
OCR and scanning results may vary depending on document quality, lighting conditions, and device capabilities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technoguna Digital shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Device issues
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or specific features if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication within the App, website, or applicable store listing.
