Get Scanner ("the App") is developed and published by Technoguna Digital. The App Store publisher account may display the name Gunawan Aschari as the account owner.

This Privacy Policy explains how Get Scanner collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Get Scanner is designed to process documents and images directly on your device.

We do not require user registration and do not create user accounts.

We do not intentionally collect personal information such as:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Home address

• Government identification numbers

2. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests permission to access:

Camera

Camera access is used to:

• Scan documents

• Capture images for processing

• Create digital copies of physical documents

Photos and Media Library

Photo library access is used to:

• Import existing images

• Convert images to PDF

• Process images using App features

The App only accesses photos and media selected by the user or made available through granted permissions.

3. Document Processing and OCR

Get Scanner includes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functionality.

OCR processing is performed locally on the user's device using Google ML Kit technology.

Documents, images, and extracted text are not uploaded to Technoguna Digital servers for OCR processing.

4. Data Storage

Scanned documents, generated PDFs, extracted text, and other files created by the App are stored on the user's device.

Technoguna Digital does not operate cloud storage for Get Scanner and does not receive copies of user files.

Users are responsible for managing, backing up, and deleting files stored on their devices.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through In-App Purchases.

Payments are processed by:

• Google Play Billing (Android)

• Apple App Store / StoreKit (iOS)

Technoguna Digital does not collect, store, or process payment card information.

Purchase transactions are handled directly by Google or Apple under their respective privacy policies and terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may utilize the following third-party technologies:

• Google ML Kit (OCR processing)

• Google Play Billing

• Apple StoreKit

These services may process limited technical information necessary to provide their functionality.

7. Data Sharing

Technoguna Digital does not sell, rent, or trade user information.

We do not share scanned documents, images, PDFs, or OCR results with third parties.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to design the App with privacy in mind.

Since files are stored locally on the user's device, users should secure their devices using available security features such as screen locks and device encryption.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document.
