While handling the support, our support agents might ask for the server credentials or source files which are Cpanel Link and credentials, Source code files, and third-party services account credentials sometimes. Buyers have to provide that to us when requested to resolve the issue.
Support doesn't include setting up the project files at the production server or a local environment, customization, publishing, designing, or any other tasks. Check the codecanyon support policy.
All of our item are made using cPanel so while providing support, we will be able to help you only if you have deployed your project on cpanel. We won't be able to help you other panels like (Plex panel, Hostinger HPanel etc).
If you have made any changes in the item out of documentation, as a part of an upgrade, we won't be able to help you in that case.
Creating too many support requests will not speed up the process of resolving the request. You will be replied by your turn and we will try to reply ASAP. We recommend you to search for the issue on google or to check the documentation before creating the request as this will save time of both parties, you and us.

While working with any third-party SDKs like Admob or other things, the end result depends on their terms, systems, servers, and policies. we can't guarantee anything for them.
Support is only available for 6 month from the date of purchase. After that preriod of time, any kind of assistance will be covered under custom service from us and charges will be decided based on the task.
We never ask for Payments on support desk. Don’t make any transactions using any methods on support desk.
