Do any of the android camera apps allow the user to adjust default JPG settings as is possible in almost every dedicated camera? I'd really prefer if the stock (ie Samsung, etc) camera app provided this feature so the other computational photography features were also available.
One of my pet peeves is why phone manufacturers cannot offer this. Would love to be able to vary baked in noise reduction, sharpness, contrast, and other basic settings to my preferences. Always what I spent much time on with new digital cameras getting them set to my personal ideas of what I want in these basics. Looks like it should be simple to do for someone that can write all kinds of apps to provide additional capabilities for phone cameras or from the manufacturers themselves. If you find one let us know. But in my current case it would be needed for IOS instead of android.
