For more than four decades, I've been helping homeowners, builders, and businesses throughout Ontario transform ideas into carefully planned construction drawings.

My education at both the university and community college level provided a strong technical foundation, but the greatest lessons have come from designing hundreds of successful projects for real clients.

One of the things clients appreciate most is my ability to explain complex design and construction concepts in a way that's easy to understand. I believe every client should feel informed and confident throughout the entire design process.

Every project begins with a conversation. I'll take the time to understand your ideas, discuss your goals, and determine the best approach for your project. When required, I'll visit your property to take accurate site measurements before preparing your conceptual design. 

Once your project requirements have been established, I'll prepare conceptual drawings that allow you to visualize the design, review layout options, and make changes before final construction drawings are completed. 

Complete BCIN-compliant construction drawings prepared in accordance with the Ontario Building Code and the requirements of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, ready for municipal permit submission. 

If your project requires structural engineering, I will coordinate the engineering design on your behalf and incorporate all required engineering information into a complete permit-ready drawing package. 

Where required, I will coordinate the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design to satisfy Ontario Building Code requirements for permit approval. 

My goal is to provide a complete drawing package that helps streamline the municipal permit process, giving you confidence that your project is professionally prepared and ready for submission.
