Giorgio Longari is a PhD student at TU Wien, where he conducts his research under the supervision of Alice Barbora Tumpach. Prior to this, he worked as a researcher at the Department of Informatics of the University of Milano-Bicocca as an active member of the 3DiG research group, where he worked under the supervision of Simone Melzi. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. His research lies at the intersection of geometry, computer vision, and machine learning, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications.
