I am an early stage researcher specializing in earthsciences, with a keen interest in pursuing an academic career focusing on the chemical evolution of Earth's mantle and early Earth geochemistry. Our mantle is riddled with mysteries and in my view, gaining a better understanding of the formation of exotic rocks restricted to certain eons and geodynamic regimes is a powerful way to unravel those mysteries...
Two times recipient of the INSA-NASI-IAS Summer Research fellowship (2019&2022)
XRF, SEM, mass spectrometry, and other analytical techniques (Lab courtesies: RC Lab, IISc Bengaluru; SERG, NCESS, Trivandrum; CSIR-NGRI)
To understand early-Earth mantle processes by studying oldest rocks in Archean cratons, SCLM xenoliths, komatiites and use these findings for comparative terrestrial planetary studies.
