User-Submitted Content
When you use our AI generation features, including Image-to-Video and Text-to-Video, we collect the content that you voluntarily provide, including:

- Other media you choose to submit
This content is processed solely for the purpose of generating the AI videos you request.
Account Information
You may use Genique without creating a traditional account.
To support your experience, we generate a temporary Guest ID. If you choose to bind your account using an email address or complete an in-app purchase, we collect your email address to associate your purchased Credits and generated content with your account.
Technical Information
To operate and improve the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Device manufacturer and model
- Operating system and version
- Device language
- IP address
- Browser type (where applicable)
- App version
- Crash reports
- Diagnostic information
Analytics and Attribution
We use trusted analytics and attribution providers, including Firebase and AppsFlyer, to understand how the Service is used and measure marketing performance.

2. AI Image Processing

Visual Feature Processing
When you upload an image containing a person, our AI system temporarily analyzes visual features solely to generate the requested AI video.
Genique does not:
- Perform facial recognition

- Authenticate individuals
- Create biometric identifiers
- Build biometric databases
Temporary Processing
Facial visual features exist only during the generation process.
Once generation is completed, temporary processing data is removed according to our retention policies. We do not retain facial templates or biometric profiles.

Your submitted content is used exclusively to complete the generation request that you initiate.

Generated Content
Your generated videos are retained until you delete them or request deletion of your account, allowing you to access your generation history across devices.

- You delete your account;

You may access your generated content within the application.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting:

After verification of your request, we will permanently delete your account information and generated content from our production systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Guest ID Reset
You may reset your Guest ID by clearing the application's local data or reinstalling the application.
