Some things listed here are up to my discretion and depending on all situations can change some things. Estimated wait time on Waitwhile will not be fully correct. The best thing is to ask, and I'll let you know, and I will be upfront on your car to the best of my abilities. Be that diagnostics, the repair, what is needed, recommended or required.  My labor rate is $100 hr. plus tax. Full payment is due after repair and or if parts are needing to be ordered, then what was done for the day and any diagnostic or repairs done for the day are due including the parts that need special ordering due to not being able to return possibly will need to be paid the same day before I leave.  Then when the part comes in there will be the labor for install of part due when part comes in or it can be paid in advance. I will not charge what does not fix vehicle, I will refund any of my mistakes if a part did not fix your issue.  I'm a Mobile Garage at the moment, I drive to you. Eventually I may have a physical location. 

I have the right to say no to working on your car, but I can give you options who can help you otherwise.  No warranties if you bring your own parts for me to install. Also, no warranty if you leave with only a diagnostic because the nature of cars can be difficult, if you do your own repairs or have someone else fix your car the part you install may be incompatible, incorrectly installed or a faulty part, these are out of my control if I'm not doing repair, so I cannot warranty diagnostic in these cases. If you leave and come back for diagnostic and your part you or someone else installed is bad, I'll have to charge an additional diagnostic. Most of these services only require 1 hour of diagnostic, but there are occasions where there will be more time needed to diagnose some issues, and you will need to purchase additional diagnostic time if a problem is more difficult situation. Shorts, drains/parasitic drains (battery dying while car is parked without key) will require 3 hours and if found sooner or depending what car needs, I'll adjust payment as needed. Repairs will require a quote and approval before repairs will be made.  I only service Wichita, Haysville, Derby, Mulvane, Belle Plaine, Oxford, Udall, Wellington. All other cities must be approved first and if approved there will be an additional fee.  You may meet me in these cities if you are from outside these cities. Call or leave me a voice mail or audio message on text, what's app or telegram on my business number if you are outside the service area for possible approval of going to other cities or if you have any questions. 

I run things by a Waiting List, The Next In Line, Please Put Name, Phone Number, Car Make, Model And Problem You Are Experiencing. I do not make things by appointment and dates and times. I can give you an idea of time when I think I can get to it but sometimes cars can take more time to fix than anticipated and if I have other cars promised to come in at a certain time then I have many cars that start getting backed up. It's possible that cars can get done faster than usual at times and other times it can lag. So, I am doing it by a list next in line. I will call or text or some way of contact and if there is no response of a certain time then I will go to the next person in line and after I finish them I'll come back to you and if I'm not able to reach you after a few times I'll put you at the bottom of list or remove you till you put yourself back in. My waitlist may increase or decrease at times depending on the time of year. I also may not be able to answer every voice mail or message possibly. If there is too many people needing my services, I will not be able to help everyone. I work by first come first serve on the list. I can only help so many. So, some I may not be able to help. My list will typically be set to 20 people so keep an eye for openings. If I feel it needs to be set higher in future, it'll be changed.
