This Privacy Policy describes how H.TECH ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications (the "App"). Our App may be offered under different brand names, but all versions are operated by H.TECH, which is responsible for your data as described in this policy. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:
Your account is created by your gym as part of your membership. You sign in to the App using your phone number and a password provided to or set for your account.
We process your name and phone number associated with your membership account, and an optional profile photo that you may upload from your device's camera or photo gallery.
Your gym membership details, check-in/check-out records, attendance history, and QR code data used to verify your presence at the facility.
The App displays your wallet balance and transaction history as provided by your gym. Payments and top-ups are handled by the gym directly and are not processed within the App. (In-app payment features may be added in the future.)
With your permission, the App may access your device's location (GPS) to show nearby branches, provide map-based features, and support location-based check-in. This feature may not be active in all versions. You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings.
Basic device information (such as device model, operating system, and app version) and a device token used to deliver push notifications.
The App uses your camera to scan QR codes and to capture a profile photo. We do not access your camera without your action.
We use the collected information to:
Verify your identity and manage your account.
Provide gym membership, attendance tracking, and class booking services.
Display your wallet balance, transactions, receipts, and reports.
Send you important notifications about your membership, classes, and account activity.
Improve the performance, security, and features of the App.
Provide customer support.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following cases:
With the fitness facility or gym operator associated with your account, to manage your membership and services.
With trusted service providers (such as Google Firebase for push notifications and cloud services) that help us operate the App, under confidentiality obligations.
When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Sensitive data is stored using encrypted storage on your device. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data. To do so, please send an email to htech.eg@gmail.com from the phone number or email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete My Account".
After verifying your identity, we will delete your personal data (such as your name, phone number, profile photo, attendance records, and account information) within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain data by law.
You also have the right to:
Access, update, or correct your personal information.
Withdraw permissions (such as location or camera access) through your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
