We are pleased to host a one-day workshop in Ronda, Spain.
The workshop aims to bring together leading researchers in gender economics.
We welcome empirical and experimental contributions examining gender differences in preferences, inequality of opportunity, discrimination, and related topics.
The workshop will take place on April 18, 2026 at Convento Santo Domingo (Aula 1), Ronda.
We aim for a relaxed atmosphere with no parallel sessions to foster in-depth discussion among participants.
A welcome reception will be held at Taberna El Almacén on the evening of April 17, 2026.

The stunning town of Ronda (Málaga, Andalusia) is one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, frequently ranked among the top in lists of the country's most picturesque destinations.
The workshop has a limited number of presentation slots, but researchers interested in participating are invited to submit an extended abstract by February 15. Notification of acceptance will be sent by February 28.
Registration will be open after notification acceptance.
There is a (reduced) fee of €275 for registrations completed between March 1–10.
There is a (late) fee of €350 for registrations completed between March 11–28.
The final program will be announced by April 1.
Registration fees include welcome reception, coffee breaks, guided tour & workshop dinner.
