EFEZ App ("we," "us," or "our") operates the GemLock mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

·        Encrypted Notes: All notes and data entered into GemLock are encrypted locally on your device using AES encryption. We do not have access to, nor do we store your notes on any external servers.

·        Camera Access (Intruder Cam): If the "Intruder Cam" feature is enabled, the app uses the device's camera to capture photos of unauthorized access attempts. These photos are stored exclusively on your device.

·        Storage Permission: We require access to your device's storage to save and manage your encrypted data and intruder photos.

2. Third-Party Services

·        Google AdMob: Our app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use anonymous data, such as device identifiers, to show personalized ads.

3. Data Security and Deletion

·        Nuke Mode: For enhanced security, the "Nuke Mode" feature allows the app to permanently delete all local data after five consecutive incorrect password attempts.

·        User Control: Since all data is stored locally, deleting the application will result in the permanent removal of all stored data within the app.

4. Children’s Privacy

·        Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
