According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARSCoV). A novel coronavirus (nCoV) is a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans.
Although there is no process which guarantees elimination of all pathogens, the CDC encourages cleaning of high touch surfaces such as counters, tabletops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phones, keyboards, tablets, and tables at a minimum.
These same surfaces are mentioned in the CDC’s guidance for commercial spaces as well.
We here at Gem Janitorial Services follow the CDC and the NJ Department of Health's guidelines for cleaning, disinfecting, and use all recommended cleaning products and solutions by the CDC and NJDOH.
We currently use a VectorFog C150 for all of our commercial, industrial, and residential properties. We charge ¢.20/sq ft, this price does vary depending on how many times you plan on using our services! We also do have a $175.00 minimum which we do waive when appropriate! Our VectorFog sterilization service guarantees sterilization on everything including equipment, walls, floors, and much more, everything in your facility will be hit with our disinfectant droplets. The droplets only need to be on the surface for only 5-10 minutes to ensure the sterilization is completed. People may re-enter the property approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the service. There are chances residue may be left behind after the completion of service.
