If you want lightweight bone conduction headphones for library use with a durable, one-piece titanium frame and a single battery charge that lasts all day, choose Gelecek 6.0; if you need bluetooth headphones for library study sessions that include a portable charging case for extended listening and superior call clarity, choose Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds. Both options utilize open-ear technology to keep your ears open to the world, but they solve the problem of staying connected differently. One is built like a rugged sports tool designed for endurance, while the other functions as a sophisticated daily driver with a focus on versatility and portability. I have analyzed the specifications, materials, and design philosophies of both devices to help you decide which fits your specific lifestyle without relying on price or popularity metrics.
• Gelecek 6.0: Its biggest strength is the robust titanium frame and 10-hour continuous playtime, making it ideal for long runs or days where you don't want to worry about a case; however, its trade-off is the lack of a carrying case and the absence of AI noise cancellation for calls.
• Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds: It shines with a compact charging case that extends total battery life to 40 hours and features AI-powered mic technology for clear conversations; its main limitation is the shorter 8-hour single-battery duration compared to the Gelecek model.
• The Verdict on Fit: The Gelecek 6.0 is best for athletes who prioritize durability and minimalism, while the Xoruezls earbuds are better for commuters and office workers who need to stay charged and take frequent calls.
The Gelecek 6.0 is engineered for the user who treats their audio gear as a piece of athletic equipment rather than an accessory. The defining feature here is the material science: a titanium frame that weighs only 29 grams. Titanium is not just a marketing buzzword in this context; it provides a structural integrity that plastic or standard alloys often struggle to match over time. You get a device that can withstand significant stretching and bending without deformation. This makes it an excellent choice for someone who needs headphones that will survive the rigors of a heavy gym session, a muddy trail run, or simply being tossed into a bag without fear of breaking the hinges.
For the specific use case of studying in a library, the Gelecek 6.0 offers a unique advantage through its "fully enclosed cavity design." While it remains an open-ear device, the engineering aims to reduce sound leakage by up to 50%. In a quiet environment like a library, this is critical. You can enjoy your music or podcasts without disturbing others nearby, and the open-ear design ensures you remain aware of your surroundings—a safety feature that is often overlooked in noisy libraries where background chatter can be distracting. The IP55 waterproof rating further cements its place as a versatile tool, allowing you to wear it during light rain or sweaty workouts before heading to your desk, knowing it can handle moisture from both elements and perspiration.

However, this product is not for everyone. If your primary workflow involves taking frequent conference calls or needing to hear your voice clearly in a busy coffee shop, the Gelecek 6.0 falls short because it lacks AI noise cancellation. It relies on standard Bluetooth connectivity without the advanced filtering found in more modern communication-focused earbuds. Furthermore, the battery life, while solid at 10 hours, stops there. There is no charging case included in the package. Once the 10 hours are up, you must plug the headphones directly into a power source. This means you cannot carry a backup charge in your pocket or bag. If you are planning a long day out of the house, perhaps a marathon hike or a cross-country flight, you might find yourself tethered to a charger once the initial charge depletes. It is a device for those who value simplicity and durability over the convenience of a portable power bank.
The Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds are designed for the modern multitasker who lives a dynamic life between the office, the commute, and the gym. Unlike the monolithic structure of the Gelecek, these earbuds come with a dedicated carrying case. This changes the entire equation for battery management. While the earbuds themselves offer 8 hours of continuous playback, the case adds an additional 32 hours. This brings the total potential listening time to 40 hours, which is substantial for anyone who uses audio throughout the workday and evening. The inclusion of fast charging is another major selling point for this demographic; a quick 10-minute charge in the case provides 2 hours of playtime. This is perfect for the person who forgets to charge overnight but grabs the case for a quick top-up before rushing out the door.
In terms of audio performance, the Xoruezls utilizes 16.3mm dynamic drivers. These drivers are significantly larger than the bone conduction drivers typically found in sport-specific headsets, promising a wider panoramic soundstage with deeper bass and sparkling treble. For someone listening to complex music genres or high-fidelity audiobooks, this difference is tangible. The design rests gently outside the ear canal, providing natural airflow which prevents the sweaty, uncomfortable feeling common with in-ear monitors. This breathability is essential for long library sessions where you might wear them for four or five hours straight. The soft, flexible clip adapts to various ear shapes, ensuring that the fit remains secure without pinching the cartilage, a common complaint with rigid headbands.
A standout feature for the Xoruezls is the integration of AI-powered noise cancellation specifically for calls. This is a game-changer for students or professionals who need to take calls while walking down a busy street or sitting in a noisy cafe. The microphones filter out ambient noise so that your voice comes through with stunning clarity. However, this reliance on AI and larger drivers does mean the device is slightly heavier at 1 ounce compared to the featherlight Gelecek. It also includes a 365-day warranty, suggesting a manufacturer confidence in longevity, though the design itself is more delicate than the titanium-framed alternative. It is the ideal choice for those who prioritize call quality, extended battery life via a case, and a comfortable, breathable fit for all-day wear.
• Best for Battery Endurance Without a Case → Gelecek 6.0: With a single charge lasting 10 hours and no need to manage a separate case, it is simpler for those who do not want to carry extra bulk.
• Best for Extended All-Day Listening → Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds: The combination of 8 hours on the buds plus 32 hours in the case creates a 40-hour ecosystem that keeps you powered for days.
• Best for Durability and Impact Resistance → Gelecek 6.0: The titanium frame and ability to bend without deformation make it nearly indestructible for rough handling.
• Best for Call Clarity in Noisy Environments → Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds: The AI noise cancellation that filters 98% of background hum gives it a decisive edge for phone conversations.
• Best for Lightweight Comfort → Gelecek 6.0: At 29 grams, it is lighter than the 1-ounce Xoruezls pair, reducing fatigue during very long sessions.
• Best for Audio Fidelity and Bass Response → Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds: The 16.3mm dynamic drivers offer a richer soundstage compared to the bone conduction approach of the Gelecek.
• Best for Quick Top-Ups → Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds: Fast charging capability allows you to get 2 hours of play from just 10 minutes in the case.
• Best for Sports and Sweat Resistance → Gelecek 6.0: While both are water-resistant, the IP55 rating combined with the titanium build makes it a superior choice for intense physical activity.
After weighing the specs and considering how people actually use these devices, I would personally buy the Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds for general daily use, especially for library study and commuting. The ability to charge the earbuds inside the case is a practical necessity that the Gelecek 6.0 simply cannot match. In a library setting, the 16.3mm dynamic drivers will likely provide a more immersive listening experience for music and lectures, and the AI noise cancellation ensures I can take calls without the chaos of the outside world bleeding in. However, if my priority was strictly running or cycling where I needed absolute minimal weight and maximum durability, I would switch to the Gelecek 6.0. For most users looking for a balance of comfort, battery life, and functionality, the Xoruezls is the smarter investment.
Yes, both models are excellent for library use due to their open-ear design which prevents ear fatigue and keeps you aware of your surroundings. The Gelecek 6.0 reduces sound leakage effectively, while the Xoruezls offers a comfortable, breathable fit for long sessions.
Neither product explicitly lists wireless charging capabilities in the provided data sheets. Both rely on wired charging methods—Gelecek charges directly, while Xoruezls charges via a USB-C cable included with the case.
The Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds likely offer superior sound quality for music enthusiasts because they use 16.3mm dynamic drivers, whereas the Gelecek 6.0 uses bone conduction technology which prioritizes situational awareness over deep bass.
The Gelecek 6.0 provides 10 hours of continuous playback on a single charge, while the Xoruezls Open Ear Earbuds provide 8 hours per charge but include a case that adds an additional 32 hours of power.
