Denise is a school library media specialist and the unofficial tech coach in her district at Hunterdon Central.  After spending 10 years teaching high school world and US history, she switched to the field of information science, and that's where her love for instructional technology started to take root.  Since then, she's earned an MS in Ed Tech from Ramapo College, a STEM certificate from NJCU, her Google Certified Trainer and Coach credentials, and most recently she was accepted into the Google Innovator program for Chicago 2024. She has both attended and presented at tech conferences including ISTE, NJ Techspo, and NJECC, and looks forward to meeting other like-minded 'techies' at future events.
