gefma guidelines describe relevant facility management applications. The individual guidelines are interdependent. The guidelines give orientation and provide assurance on topics such as quality management, cost accounting, contract preparation, CAFM and further training. gefma guidelines are dedicated to innovative topics that influence the future of facility management.

The German Facility Management Association (gefma) is the German facility management trade association. The association is based in Bonn and was founded in 1989 in Stuttgart, and has around 1,000 members throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Nearly all large facility management service providers and users are organized within gefma. The association is active in research and science. One of gefma's core competencies is to develop the industry further through quality standards, guidelines and the promotion of cooperative partnerships.

Annelie Casper is Deputy Managing Director at gefma German Facility Management Association. She studied architecture at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) and business administration at the FernUniversitt in Hagen. During her many years as an architect, Annelie gained experience in all service phases and was also active as a lecturer in the field of facility management. In 2011, she joined Apleona GmbH in the area of Public Private Partnership / Lifecycle Projects. Since 2013, she has been consulting in the areas of sustainability and climate protection. In addition, she is co-developer and auditor for the gefma sustainability standard SustainFM (GEFMA 160), DGNB Consultant, BREEAM Associate and one of the two leaders of the gefma Sustainability Working Group

BIM World MUNICH is a major event specialising in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Facility Management (FM). With the BIM4FM Congress and its own FM Area, it offers visitors a comprehensive platform to obtain detailed information on all facets of building management. In addition to the informative content, the event is also an excellent opportunity to network and exchange ideas with experts and like-minded people. As a recognised professional association for facility management in Germany, the German Facility Management Association (gefma) is an important link between users, service providers and research institutions. gefma promotes dialogue and the exchange of expertise in order to jointly develop solutions to challenges in facility management. Through its diverse activities, gefma contributes to the professionalisation of the facility management sector and supports its continuous development.

Annelie Casper ist stellvertretende Geschftsfhrerin bei gefma Deutscher Verband fr Facility Management. Darber hinaus ist sie Mitentwicklerin und Auditorin fr den gefma Nachhaltigkeitsstandard SustainFM (GEFMA 160), DGNB Consultant, BREEAM Associate und eine der beiden Leiterinnen des gefma Arbeitskreises Nachhaltigkeit.

Als aktiver Teilnehmer hatten wir die Gelegenheit, an informativen Beitrgen und spannenden Vortrgen zu Schlsselthemen wie knstliche Intelligenz, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), Fachkrftemangel und die Zukunft des Arbeitsplatzes teilzunehmen.

Insgesamt war die Teilnahme von Vebego am Jahresevent der gefma nicht nur eine Bereicherung in Bezug auf aktuelle Entwicklungen und Trends, sondern zeigte auch unser tiefes Engagement fr die Frderung von Talenten und die aktive Mitgestaltung der Zukunft des Facility Managements.
