After gathering the information based on your laptop model (and sometimes we need the model directly off the laptop LCD), we order the replacement screen which can take about 1-2 days  to arrive. We'll notify you when the screen arrives and get to work as soon as possible. The screen will be install and tested.

The old screen will be recycled and your laptop delivered to you.
