How many people do you want "working" for you?
In the IT world we call them processors but if you picture your computer like a small business and your processor as the people working for your business, you'll get a better idea of how important the processor really is. 1-2 people working for your business is good but what about growth and expansion? How about trying to handle more tasks in the day to day? 1-2 people can only handle so much. I call those "dual-core" processors. There lots of odd names out there like i5, i7 A9, A6 but they don't quite tell the entire story. An AMD A6 is still a "dual-core" processor where the Intel Core i7 can be a quad-core processor or even an "octa-core" processor. Bottom line, more people handling the tasks of the business means more gets done and faster. The cost is higher but the performance is always worth it.
