ACCREDITATIONS:

Accreditation is a type of quality assurance process to ensure that the Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) offer high quality Technology Education programs. In this context, services, operations and resources of an Educational Institution or Program/Curriculum are examined and evaluated by an external body to determine their compliance with a set of standards, practices and updated in keeping with dynamic needs of the industry.

 Engineering Technologist:
An Engineering Technologist is a specialist who is trained and skilled to perform work in the field of existing Technology and who have graduated from an accredited curriculum and Higher Education Institution (HEI). Engineering Technologists are involved in the process of making things, using tools, materials, and process skills to bring into physical reality the plans of engineers (as well as those of other design professionals such as artists and architects). Engineering Technologists often work with engineers in a wide variety of projects by applying basic engineering principles and technical skills.
