I am a Learning & Development Specialist with over 15 years of experience in education, coaching, and organizational leadership. My career began in the classroom, where I taught middle school math, SAT prep, and science/STEM before transitioning into roles as an Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal. In those positions, I built and facilitated professional learning programs, led onboarding, and used data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable outcomes such as an 80% increase in staff effectiveness, a 3% rise in attendance, and a 20% reduction in truancy.

With a BBA in Business Administration, an M.Ed. in Education, and multiple leadership and coaching certifications, I bring a unique blend of business knowledge, adult learning expertise, and practical leadership experience. I am passionate about educational innovation and workforce development, and I thrive on creating programs that empower people, close skill gaps, and strengthen organizational culture.
