ConnexOntario

Adults and frontline workers who are dealing with the realities of COVID-19 can call ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 for mental health, addictions and gambling problem support

BounceBack

A free, guided self-help program that's effective in helping people aged 15 and up who are experiencing mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression, or may be feeling low, stressed, worried irritable or angry. Call 1-866-345-0224.

Hope for Wellness Helpline

Indigenous peoples can call 1-855-242-3310 for immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention across Canada (available in some Indigenous languages). A live web chat is also available (scroll to bottom of page).

Talk for Healing

Indigenous women can get help, support and resources seven days a week, 24 hours a day, with services in 14 languages by calling or texting 1-855-554-4325. A live web chat is also available.

211 Ontario

For information and referrals for community, government, social and health services, including mental health resources across Ontario call 211 or 1-877-330-3213. A live web chat is also available.

OTN

Free to residents of Ontario with a valid health card. As part of Ontario Health, OTN coordinates many programs that are covered under Ontario's health care system. In addition to eVisits they can connect your health care team to specialists, support virtual palliative care, and provide mental health resources.

Wellcan

Free! Wellcan provides a hub for mental health resources and tools to help all Canadians maintain positive mental, physical, social and financial health during the COVID-19 pandemic. AbilitiCBT 

Free to all Ontario residents age 16 or older for anxiety, depression and anxiety related to a pandemic programs. Provided by the government of Ontario.

A leading source of FREE practical tools and resources designed to help Canadian employers with the prevention, intervention and management of workplace mental health issues. Some resources can be used in the tutor/learner relationship.

During these difficult times, it's more important than ever to make self care a priority and consider mental health and wellbeing. Shoppers Drug Mart shares resources and support to help you stay well.

Wellness Together

Provides free resources, tools and professional support services to help with wellness and resilience, as well as mental health and substance abuse. Supports digital products that include the Canada COVID-19 app, which helps people track their symptoms, receive the latest updates, and access trusted resources.

Remote Medical Care

OTN (Ontario Telemedicine Network)

Free to residents of Ontario, with a valid health card, whose health care team are registered in the program. As part of Ontario Health, OTN coordinates many programs that are covered under Ontario's health care system. In addition to eVisits they can connect your health care team to specialists, support virtual palliative care, and provide mental health resources.

Tia Health

Free for residents of Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia with a valid health card.

Tia Health provides on-demand and scheduled access to doctors, psychotherapists, naturopaths, veterinarians and more. You can connect to the doctor by phone, video or secure messaging. Their service also includes prescription renewal and delivery, referrals, and mental health resources

Ontario Virtual Care Clinic

The Ontario Virtual Care Clinic is available from 8a.m. to 8p.m. Monday to Friday for non-urgent health concerns. French language services available between 4p.m. and 8p.m.

If you have a family doctor please consult them first.

This service is for: Simple health questions regarding cold, cough, flu, allergies, rash, women's health issues, pain, chronic disease management or medication questions.

NOT to be use for: Narcotic prescriptions or renewals (including sleeping pills), chest pain, breathing difficulties, heart palpitations, active bleeding, stoke, burns, spinal or head injury/trauma, in labour or ruptured membranes, neck stiffness/altered consciousness.

Ontario Telehealth

Every province and territory offers free phone-based health services to address non-life-threatening concerns. These phone lines provide free, confidential advice from a registered nurse 24/7. The nurse will ask you questions, assess your symptoms and determine the best care for you.


Prescription Renewals Online

Most major pharmacies offer online prescription and refill services. Some will also deliver your prescription to your door for free. These can help you save time and more easily manage your prescriptions.
