Looking for a female roommate from January 2026.
Hey everyone, I am looking share a 2 bed 1 bath apartment at Embassy courts apartments at the Burbank Dr. Rent is $435/month and utilities usually cost about $50-60/month. Preference is for female roommate (PhD student) at LSU. The apartment is at the 5 minute walking distance from LSU campus, has a parking area, pantry and an outside storage closet. A 2 bedroom townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms located at South Brightside view drive. One roommate needed. It is located along the LSU bus trail and about 8 minutes car drive to LSU campus. The rent is $475 per month and approximate cost that is rent plus bills is about $600 per month. The lease is for one year, from January 2026 to December 2026.
