The Grimes County Amateur Radio Group is committed to providing a platform for individuals to engage in the ham radio and GMRS hobby, while also serving the community's communication needs during emergencies and events. Founded in 2016, the group serves Grimes County and the greater Brazos Valley Region through essential communications support and community involvement. Monthly meetings are held via Google Meets on the 1st Friday at 18:30, and are currently by invitation only.

Through our partnership with Grimes County ARES, we have enhanced our ability to respond to emergencies.

We registered with Texas Non-Profit Corporation with a 501(c)3 designation from the IRS.

Your donation will help our president recover and allow him to focus on his well-being without financial stress. He is struggling with medical insurance, medication, and food costs, and your contribution would be greatly appreciated. Due to a severe stroke, he is currently unable to work.
