The Application is a Freemium mobile application that generates AI-powered LGBTQ+ jokes for LGBTQ+ community using advanced artificial intelligence.
GayLOL generates bold adult humor with explicit innuendo, sexual wordplay, and provocative themes while maintaining strict boundaries against pornographic descriptions, hate speech, slurs, and non-consensual content.

User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and use the Application. Registration with us is OPTIONAL. You can use the app, access all features, and make purchases without signing in (App Store Guideline 5.1.1 compliant).

- Name and email address (optional, as provided by Apple)

Authentication is entirely optional. Subscriptions work via Apple's StoreKit for all users, whether signed in or not. CloudKit sync is only available when signed in with Apple.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions (with your consent where required by law).

- The type of mobile device you use

- Personal context (Premium feature only - if provided by user for personalized LGBTQ+ jokes)
- Up to 20 previous jokes (for anti-repetition)
No personally identifiable information is included in AI requests. All prompts enforce strict content boundaries:

These AI services may retain prompts for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes according to their privacy policies.
Apple Services: The Application integrates with several Apple services:
- Sign in with Apple: For optional secure authentication
- CloudKit: For data synchronization across your devices (when signed in)
- StoreKit: For subscription and purchase management (works for all users)
- App Store Connect: For analytics and crash reporting
Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics services. All usage data is processed internally or through Apple's privacy-compliant first-party analytics.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

- Revoke permissions: Through iOS Settings → Privacy and Security

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at gaylol.support@newversion.tech and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Specific Retention Periods:
- Account Information: Retained while account is active, plus 30 days after deletion
- Usage Statistics: 24 months maximum, then aggregated anonymously
- Favorite Jokes: Until manually deleted by user or account deletion
- Cache Data: Maximum 7 days, automatically purged
- API Logs: 30 days maximum for debugging purposes
- AI Processing Data: Not permanently stored; prompts may be retained by AI providers for up to 30 days

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 17.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at gaylol.support@newversion.tech. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Parental Controls: We encourage parents to monitor their children's online activities and consider using parental control tools available through iOS Screen Time and other family safety applications. The app is filtered by Apple's 17+ age restriction at the App Store level.

For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
