Modeling Functional Attrition & Missing Data in Advanced Cancer Trials

Addressed the critical challenge of informative dropout in Quality of Life assessment by modeling patient trajectories. A comparative analysis demonstrated that Multiple Imputation (MICE) yields superior calibration over IPCW when training machine learning models on incomplete trial data.

Geographic Variation of Malaria Transmission and Burden Among Children Under Five Across Coastal and Inland Counties of Liberia

Analyzed spatial heterogeneity in malaria prevalence using data from the 2022 Liberia Malaria Indicator Survey (n=2,189). Results revealed a significantly higher burden in inland regions (12.7%) compared to coastal areas (8.3%, p=0.001). Logistic regression identified household poverty (AOR=11.1) and non-use of ITNs (1.6x odds) as primary determinants of infection risk.

Bridging the Immunisation Gap: Socioeconomic Drivers of Pediatric Vaccination

Conducted a comparative analysis of NFHS-5 data (n=1,739) to identify key determinants of immunization disparities between high-performing (Tamil Nadu) and underperforming (Nagaland) Indian states. Utilized weighted logistic regression to model the impact of maternal education, wealth index, and geographic accessibility on vaccination coverage.
