Secure electronic certified transcripts (E-transcripts) should be sent to transcripts@grad.gatech.edu. This is a special e-mail address only for secure electronic transcripts delivered via National Student Clearinghouse, eScrip-Safe, Parchment, and Truecopy Credentials. Please check with the registrar or records office at your college/university to see if they provide secure electronic certified transcript service. (Transcripts sent as email attachments are not accepted as official documents.)

Effective Dates: Meal plan purchases are effective on the first meal service date of each semester as posted at dining.gatech.edu. All Fall and Spring Traditional meal plans expire on the last day of each semester. In the 2023-2024 academic year, unused meal swipes will NOT roll over from Fall 2023 to Spring 2024. This policy update aligns with the ability to cancel spring plans before the first meal is served without penalty (see key dates). Summer Meal Pass swipes do not roll over to Fall. Special terms apply to Dining Dollars (refer to the Dining Dollar section below). Plans purchased after the first meal service date are effective within one hour of purchase.

All First-year residents are required to maintain a meal plan as directed during their Housing application process. First-year residents who applied for Housing after the StarRez(tag_hash_114) meal plan selection closing date are pre-assigned an Everyday Meal Plan. The Everyday Plan may be exchanged for a Weekday Plan until the day prior to the first meal service date of each semester (refer to dining.gatech.edu for posted service dates). No change fee shall apply to these exchanges. Plans may not be exchanged after this date.
