Gas Station Rush is developed and published by Blue Hat Forge ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game handles, why it is handled, and the choices you have. It applies to the Android application com.bluehatforge.gasstationrush distributed on Google Play, and to the browser version of the game distributed on gaming portals.
WE DO NOT ASK YOU FOR PERSONAL DATA
The game has no user accounts, no registration and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address, and we operate no server that stores player profiles. We cannot identify you personally.
YOUR GAME PROGRESS STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Your saved game (day, money, buildings, upgrades, staff, statistics and settings) is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard application storage. In the browser version it is stored by your browser or by the gaming portal that hosts the game. We do not upload it, we do not read it remotely and we do not keep a copy of it on our own servers.
ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The Android version of the game shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). There are no banner ads. Only two formats are used:
Rewarded ads, which are always optional. You choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward, and the reward is announced before the ad opens.
Interstitial ads, shown occasionally between days, from the end-of-day screen.
To serve, measure and protect this advertising, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and diagnostic information, and your interactions with the ads and with the application. Google uses this information for advertising and personalisation, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention and security.
Google acts as an independent controller of that data. Its practices are described in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) and in the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
YOUR CONSENT AND HOW TO CHANGE IT
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game shows you a consent request from Google's User Messaging Platform before any personalised advertising is requested. You are free to accept or to refuse.
You can change your decision at any time from the PRIVACY option in the game's main menu. If you refuse, the game keeps working exactly the same; only the advertising becomes non-personalised or unavailable.
On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising identifier from Settings, in the Google Ads section of your device.
CHILDREN
Gas Station Rush is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data through the game, please contact us and we will act on it.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
Because the game stores everything locally, uninstalling the application, or clearing its storage from your device settings, or clearing your browser data in the web version, permanently deletes your saved game. We hold no copy of it to delete.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your personal data. As we hold no personal data ourselves, requests concerning the advertising data described in section 3 should be addressed to Google; we will help you as far as we are able.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after a change means that you accept the updated policy.
