Why is it called BLAST Camp?

BLAST stands for "Bringing Leaders and Students Together"

When is BLAST 2019 Summer Leadership Camp?

BLAST runs from Wednesday, July 17th – Saturday, July 20th.

Where is BLAST 2019 being held?

BLAST will be held at the Rock Eagle 4H camp, located at 350 Rock Eagle Rd, Eatonton, GA 31024

What is the price of Camp?

BLAST Camp costs $325 total and this includes the price of all meals.

What time do I arrive/ leave?

You should plan to arrive at Rock Eagle between 2:00 and 3:00 pm to allow ample time to check in and settle in your cabin. The Camp will conclude at noon on Saturday.

Do I need any spending money?

Your registration fee covers all program materials and meals for the duration of the camp. There are several vending machines at the camp if students would like to purchase snacks.

Can I drive myself?

Sure! If you drive yourself to the camp, we will ask you to turn over your keys at registration. There is plenty of parking on site.

What will I learn?

Unlike GASC convention, BLAST will focus on individual growth and development as a leader. Generation Leadership will be presenting six leadership modules that will help you return to your school with a better understanding of how you lead and work with others.

What are the cabins like?

Most all of the cabins at Rock Eagle are newly refurbished, each room with two bunk beds with a personal bathroom and shower. Don't worry, it's nothing like real camping!
