Ineffable  

If I were ever asked: What does nature mean to me, I would answer with this short but powerful word. The connection I feel with her is an endless mix of sensations. Every day I discover things about her and am constantly amazed by her power and strength. Have you ever watched a plant grow, a butterfly fly, a sunset, or ants carrying food to their nest...? For me, those little details are gifts that nature gives us. Finally, I want to remind you that no matter how urban and routine our lifestyle may be, our body will always depend on the earth. Remember that whenever we get close to nature, we get close to ourselves.
