About me

I am a comparative psychologist at Kyoto University, Japan.

I have experience studying learning, social cognition, and visual perception in multiple species, particularly in great apes (including humans) and domestic goats. I am particularly interested in face and body perception: how animals perceive them, how they process the social information from faces and bodies, and their evolution.
