At the end of this experiment students are able to
LO1: Draw simulation diagram for single phase half controlled converter..
LO2: Analyze the performance parameters of half controlled converter with R, RL and RLE load.
LO3: Plot the results of input voltage and current, output voltage and current.

Simulate the following problem statements
A single phase half controlled converter is connected across 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply. Simulate the circuit for following cases:
Case 01: R Load of 10 Ohm with firing angle (i) 30 degree and (ii) 60 degree
Case 02: Load of R=10 Ohm and L=0.5H (i) 30 degree and (ii) 60 degree
