Our Requirements:

• Active participation in the community: Moderators should be active members of the community and have a good understanding of its culture and rules.

• Strong communication skills: Moderators should be able to communicate effectively with other members of the community, both in terms of enforcing rules and providing assistance.

• Knowledge of the game or games: Moderators should have a good understanding of the game or games that the community is focused on, including the mechanics and the community's culture.

• Fairness and objectivity: Moderators should be able to enforce rules fairly and objectively, without showing bias towards any particular group or individual.

• Reliability and responsibility: Moderators should be reliable and responsible, and be able to handle the tasks and duties that come with the role.

• Good judgment: Moderators should be able to make sound decisions and handle potentially difficult situations that might arise in the community.

• Good online behavior: Moderators should be able to maintain a good online behavior, and be able to be a good representative of the community.

• Be able to commit a certain amount of time each week to moderating.

• Be familiar with the community's rules and guidelines.

• Have a good understanding of the game and its community culture.

• Be able to work well under pressure.

• Be able to work well with a team.

• Be able to communicate effectively with other members of the community.

• Be able to be unbiased and impartial in decision making
